During your first appointment, we will take the time to get to know you, and we will discuss your past dental experience, oral health needs, and smile goals before designing a customized treatment plan.
Please bring the following information with you to your first appointment:
- Any panoramic X-rays or other images taken within the past 6 months
- Your insurance card if you have dental insurance
Please be prepared to complete all health information forms and insurance forms. We have provided some of these forms online on our Patient Forms page, and we encourage you to complete them before your appointment to save you time in our office.
Your initial appointment will last about one hour and will usually include a thorough exam and dental cleaning. We believe that good dental care begins with open communication, and we will speak candidly with you about your oral health and treatment options so that you are aware of what is happening in your mouth, and so you can understand your procedures and the recommendations our dentists and team make for your continued at-home care.
